1. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions
By making a donation or using the services of Soutien Direct International, you agree to these terms and conditions in their entirety.
2. Type of donations
Contributions made to Soutien Direct International are voluntary donations intended to support humanitarian efforts, particularly the distribution of food baskets to families in need.
3. Payment and Processing of Donations
Transactions are processed quickly after confirmation.
In most cases, funds are disbursed almost immediately to our international food partners to ensure rapid and direct aid on the ground.
4. No-Refund Policy
Donations are non-refundable.
However, an exception applies in the following situation:
If Soutien Direct International is unable to deliver a food basket, an alternative will be offered to the donor.
The donor will then be able to:
- accept the proposed alternative solution
- or decline, in which case a full refund will be issued
5. Delivery times
Delivery times for food baskets are generally about two (2) weeks.
However, given the nature of operations in countries where we are deployed, these timelines may vary and be extended due to factors beyond our control, including:
- local conditions
- logistics
- availability of resources
- economic or political situation
6. Contents of the food baskets
The image of the food baskets shown is for illustrative purposes only.
Soutien Direct International is committed to providing value equivalent to the value of the basket offered. However:
- Content may vary
- Some products may be replaced with substitutes
- The exact composition cannot be guaranteed
These adjustments are sometimes necessary due to product availability in the field.
7. Use of Donations
Donations are used in a way that maximizes their direct impact on the beneficiaries.
Soutien Direct International reserves the right to adjust the allocation of funds, including the percentages allocated to operations, at any time and without notice, in order to adapt to on-the-ground realities and ensure the continuity of its activities.
8. Limitation of Liability
Soutien Direct International cannot be held liable for delays, changes, or failures to perform resulting from circumstances beyond its control, including:
- local conditions in the countries where we operate
- logistical challenges
- economic, health, or political conditions
9. Communication and Transparency
We are committed to maintaining a high level of transparency in everything we do.
Where possible, confirmation or proof of delivery can be provided to donors. However, this may vary depending on the context and constraints on the ground.
10. Changes to the Terms
Soutien Direct International reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, without notice. Any changes take effect immediately upon publication.
